Man. I really gotta learn how to post regularly! I get to the point where I feel so busy that blogging is the LAST thing on my mind. It definitely is a balancing act that I have not yet mastered. I am constantly trying to remind myself that this is what I want to do and I need to figure out how blogging works with my life. But alas, in the midst of figuring….I managed to snap a few pics of some outfits I plan on rocking over our coveted summer months here in Michigan!
First up! This outfit is so fun because of the tassels lining the flowy vest. For some reason, I have been drawn towards blue and white this summer. I just think they are classic, clean colors that anyone can pull off. Also, let me forewarn you, these shorts WILL show up again! I am in love with shorts from American Eagle because they fit amazingly. They have so many different styles and fits, so us tall girls can find pairs that don’t show all of our ass-ets, but still highlight our assets 😉

Aaaaand next: this fun, bright outfit featuring one of my absolute favorite shirts (which may or may not show up again in this post- ok, it definitely will). The Barcelona cami is so perfect for SOOOO many different outfits. I love the statement necklace with this outfit for an added pop of color.

So. For this next outfit…let me start off by saying I am SO SUPER EXCITED that bodysuits are back and are popular. I have bought a few and love all the options you have for styling a bodysuit. I wore this outfit out to a casual dinner in Traverse City, MI. I am also obsessed with these ballet flats from Steve Madden. Oh hey, hello again shorts from American Eagle!

Can we just talk really quick about how frickin adorable this romper is?? I ordered this from an Australian boutique, (let’s disregard how much I spent on shipping, eeeeek) called Billy J Boutique. I checked on the site and this romper appears to be sold out, but there are so many adorable choices! This one ties around the neck and loops down under the armpits and across the waist and back around to the back. Whew, that was hard to describe. A picture would be much better. LOL
